Using the tool

Quick Secret Santa is a free browser-based tool for organizing gift exchanges. Use it lawfully and with the agreement of the people whose information you enter. Do not use the site to harass others, impersonate people, or distribute unlawful content.

Local saving and result links

You are responsible for keeping result links, backups, and passwords safe. The organizer can open personal links even though pairings are not displayed in the organizer view. Old result links remain valid after a redraw. Clearly inform participants when you replace a draw.

Service limitations

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or recovery of local data. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable. Download a backup if you need to keep the draw. Randomization does not guarantee equal probability among all valid assignments.

Gifts and disagreements

We do not sell, ship, insure, or guarantee gifts or participant conduct. Budgets, participation, deliveries, and disputes are the responsibility of your group.

Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by unavailable service, lost browser data, shared links, or participant conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
