A little help with your draw

Most draw issues can be fixed right on your device.

I refreshed and cannot see my draw

Use the same browser and device where you made the draw. Browser-local data does not synchronize between devices. If storage was cleared, restore a downloaded backup using the password you chose.

My result link is damaged

Ask the organizer to copy your complete personal link again. Make sure everything after the # is included. If you received more than one version, use the latest one the organizer sent.

I forgot my backup password

We do not receive passwords or backup files, so we cannot reset the password. If the draw still exists in your original browser, download a new backup with a new password.

The exclusions cannot work

Read the conflict message and adjust the affected rules. The household guide explains why some groups cannot be matched.
